A co-founder of PPA, Victor has over three decades of experience as an Investment and Financial Advisor. Victor advises clients and their families on shaping their overall financial strategy, managing their investments, and helping them develop a cohesive wealth management plan. He has lectured and written widely on investments and financial planning topics, and has developed an expertise on the tax implications of retirement and estate planning.
Before his work in the investment advisory industry, Victor served as Chief Financial Officer of a privately-owned manufacturing business that was acquired by a large public corporation.
Victor is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial Labor Relations and Harvard Law School (along with a graduate Law degree from NYU). An avid chess player and lover of Central Park, Victor now divides his time between Manhattan and South Florida. He and his wife Jane have three children (Nick, Tom, and their sister Lynn, an award-winning high school teacher and administrator) and seven grandchildren.
